Illustrated Guide to Chinese Cooking
An Illustrated Guide to Chinese Cooking is a how-to book that was published in 1977 written by Ayako Namba and Grace Z. Chu. Although simply titled Chinese Cooking, it includes many different types of recipes, the method of cutting vegetables, the utensils, and much more in the culture. The intention of this project was to redesign this guide to better illustrate audiences that are interested in Chinese Cooking.
Final deliverables include the spreads throughout the book. A new book cover and contents page are provided.
